1. Traditional Ring Spinning - very good untwist

Ring spinning is a classic and widely used spinning process. With its advantages of high strength, uniform densification and good hand feel, it occupies an important position in textile production. 2.  Siro Spinning- complete untwist

Siro spinning is a kind of advanced spinning technology which combines the advantages of traditional ring spinning and air spinning. It adopts parallel twisting technology to make the surface of yarn smoother, uniform and with high strength. Compared with the traditional yarn production process, Siro spinning yarn has fewer hairiness, fewer impurities and a smoother surface.

3. Air Spinning - part untwist

Rotor spinning also referred to as air spinning, this method of spinning is very different from traditional ring spinning in that fibers are fed into a spinning cup at high speed and twisted into yarn by centrifugal force and air flow. Air spinning is an efficient and low-cost spinning process, suitable for the production of thicker yarns, with the advantages of simple operation, low energy consumption and low price. However, at the same time, there are also low yarn strength, the number of counts can not be high, and the feel is general.

4. Vortex Spinning - untwist

Both vortex spinning and air spinning use aerodynamic forces to twist the yarn during the spinning process. But they have the difference, the traditional gas spinning production is high, low cost, but the yarn quality is relatively low, vortex spinning is called "the real sense of the gas spinning", is a spinning process using high-speed rotating air flow (vortex) to condense fibers into yarn. Vortex spinning is more efficient and produces yarn with higher quality, less hairiness and pilling resistance than traditional air spinning.
