Method 1: friction charging method
1 sample preparation from the sample cloth or clothing from the warp and weft to each (50±2) _ * (300±2) _ strip sample 6 pieces, a total of 12 pieces.
2. Pre-treated samples should be washed for 5 times according to the standard requirements.
3. Humidification in the temperature of 23±1℃, humidity of 25±5% for more than 24 hours.
4. Test method
4.1 Under the specimen, the elongation of the specimen is less than 5%, and the weight is 1.3±0.05N; The elongation of the sample is more than 5%, and the weight is 0.2±0.05N.
4.2 HDPE (high density polyethylene) and aluminum rods were used as friction rods respectively to test the field strength E0 and E30 seconds after the reading of E0 when the sample was not contained. The samples were tested on each friction rod three times in longitudinally and longitudinally.
Method 2 induction charging method
1. Sample preparation
From different positions on the sample cloth take 300㎜ square sample 3 pieces; In the case of clothing, test at three different locations.
2. Pre-treated samples should be washed for 5 times according to the standard requirements.
3. Humidification in the temperature of 23±1℃, humidity of 25±5% for more than 24 hours.
4. Test method
4.1 Without the sample, a voltage of (1200±50) V is applied to the field electrode to read the displayed large field intensity Emax;
4.2 Turn off the electrostatic generator and hold the first sample. After eliminating static electricity, turn on the switch of the electrostatic generator to induce static electricity in the sample
4.3 Turn off the electrostatic generator and start timing. When the field intensity reading on the recorder decays to half, record the time and read the field intensity ER and attenuation time T50.
4.4 Repeat steps 4.2 ~ 4.3 for the other two samples.
