Modacrylic fabrics have a very warming effect and are therefore suitable for autumn and winter. Modacrylic fabrics have an anti-static function, whereas aramid fabrics do not have an anti-static function and require anti-static fibres to be woven into the yarn.

The two best-selling flame retardant fabrics on the market are aramid flame retardant fabrics and cotton flame retardant fabrics, with the price of aramid fabrics more than five times more expensive than cotton flame retardant fabrics. Cotton flame retardant fabrics have a high yield, a mature production process and the raw materials are not very expensive. Therefore, the price of aramid flame retardant fabrics is also very high in terms of production cost.
